Responsibilities
Performs assigned duties in the pro shop and cart barn. Collect payments for green fees, cart rentals, annual pass sales, merchandise sales, stage golf carts and bags as indicated
Maintain accurate inventory and restock items related to pro shop operations
Carry and clean customer golf clubs from starting area to cart
Maintain staging area, driving range and practice area setup
Receive guests at end of round, record finish time and report it to the pro shop as needed
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Follows city safety regulations and practices proper safety precautions related to all work performed
Qualification
Required
Ability to calculate basic math
Ability to interpret and follow instructions
Ability to operate a point of sale system and accurately account for monies received
Ability to work independently without supervision
Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Ability to comply with safety standards
Interpersonal skills and a customer first mentality
Must be 16 years of age or older
Valid Colorado drivers license with acceptable driving record
Preferred
Previous experience in similar position preferred
Knowledge of proper golf course etiquette and the game and play of golf
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel)
