Pinnacle Technology is seeking a Recruiter to support senior hiring partners with full-cycle recruiting activities. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and reporting, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting and building talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting activities
Source and build candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and social media
Review resumes and screen candidates
Schedule and conduct interviews
Manage referrals and share candidate pools with hiring teams
Prepare weekly/monthly recruiting reports and metrics
Coordinate job fairs (virtual or in-person), as needed
Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and compliance records
Work with external staffing vendors when required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of recruiting or related experience (or equivalent combination)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with resume screening and interviewing
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Preferred
Familiarity with state and federal employment laws is a plus
