The role involves creating and finalizing CAD drawings, collaborating with team members, and performing administrative tasks to support estimators and ensure project accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities
Review client documents and plans related to low voltage systems
Create and finalize CAD drawings (approximately 70% of overall responsibilities)
Incorporate company branding and logo into engineering drawings
Augment and update existing plans to meet client specifications
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and high standards in project deliverables
Perform administrative tasks (approximately 30% of overall responsibilities) including document gathering, information verification, and project tracking
Communicate with internal teams and clients as needed to clarify requirements
Manage varying weekly volume of assignments while maintaining attention to detail
Support estimators and administrative manager with additional overflow work as needed
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software (entry level experience welcome)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work onsite in Gainesville, GA (no remote work)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in telecommunications or estimating is a plus, but not required
