Accounts Payable Manager
Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all company invoices. This role ensures expenses are recorded correctly in the general ledger, monitors expenses, processes timely payments, and completes required reconciliations.

Responsibilities
Audit invoices to ensure appropriate approvals
Integrate payables
Ensure expenses are accurately recorded in the general ledger
Process payments on a regularly scheduled basis
Process company credit cards and expense reports
Evaluate and account for intra-store product transfers
Reconcile the Accounts Payable general ledger account
Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices and payments are accurately recorded
Prepare 1099s and other year-end reporting
Manage reconciliation of the purchasing module with the general ledger
Qualification
Required
BS/BA required
5-9 years' experience
Strong management experience
Experience with NetSuite
Excellent communication skills
