Oracle Cloud Compensation Consultant
LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud Compensation Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation. Responsibilities
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation
Strong experience in end-to-end implementation and production support
Deep expertise in Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation
Configure Oracle Fusion Compensation modules including Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Salary Basis, Grade Ladders, and Compensation Components
Set up and manage compensation cycles for merit increases, bonuses, and stock plans
Integrate Compensation modules with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management
Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDs), configuration workbooks, and SOPs
Develop and execute Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT for compensation implementations
Drive system enhancements and troubleshoot configuration and production issues
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and assess impact on existing configurations
Conduct workshops and working sessions with HR and Finance stakeholders
Provide guidance on compensation strategy, compliance, and Oracle best practices
Create BI / OTBI reports and HCM Extracts for compensation analysis and workforce planning
Demonstrate working knowledge of related modules including Payroll, Benefits, and Core HR
Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
