Responsibilities
Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot bespoke instrumentation systems on an aircraft
Collaborate with flight test engineers to design data systems, select sensors, and develop new procedures to minimize program risk
Manage the end-to-end instrumentation process, from building complex wire harnesses to supporting post-test data processing
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience instrumenting complex aircraft systems (strain gauges, accelerometers, VDTs, etc.)
Proven ability to build, terminate, and install high-quality instrumentation wiring harnesses
Strong background in data telemetry systems and experimental flight test operations
