Mid, Senior LevelDigital Links Inc is seeking an experienced BY Warehouse Management System (WMS) Techno-Functional Consultant. The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to support, enhance, and manage WMS implementations and environments, while handling various management activities related to release, repository, environment, and security.

Responsibilities
Act as a Techno-Functional SME for BY WMS modules
Support and manage BY WMS configurations, enhancements, and integrations
Handle Release Management activities including planning, coordination, deployment, and validation
Manage Repository (Repo) Management and version control processes
Oversee Environment Management across development, test, UAT, and production environments
Ensure security setup , roles, permissions, and compliance within BY WMS
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Provide production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution
Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams during releases and upgrades
Maintain documentation and follow best practices for WMS operations
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with BY WMS (Blue Yonder WMS) in a Techno-Functional role
Hands-on experience in: Release Management
Hands-on experience in: Repository Management
Hands-on experience in: Environment Management
Hands-on experience in: WMS Security and access controls
Good understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
Experience working in production support and implementation environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under tight timelines and handle urgent deliverables
Preferred
Experience with large-scale WMS implementations or rollouts
Prior experience in high-availability or enterprise warehouse environments
Ability to start immediately or within a very short notice period
