Mid LevelKTek Resourcing is seeking a ThoughtSpot Developer / Data Analytics Specialist to design, build, and optimize search-driven analytics solutions within the Commercial & Investment Bank at JPMorgan Chase. This role will focus on developing end-to-end BI and analytics solutions, partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact insights that support risk management, compliance, and decision-making.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain ThoughtSpot Liveboards and interactive search-driven analytics solutions
Develop and manage ThoughtSpot data models, including TML and worksheets
Optimize dashboards and queries for performance, scalability, and usability
Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines feeding ThoughtSpot
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and Python-based transformations
Work with AWS cloud services to support analytics and data workflows
Deliver analytical solutions supporting risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting
Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams across the CIB
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and releases
Support CI/CD practices, application resiliency, and production readiness
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot (Liveboards, Search, TML, Worksheets)
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Experience developing data solutions using Python
Strong understanding of data modeling and BI best practices
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Preferred
Experience with AWS cloud services
Background in financial services, particularly banking, risk, or compliance
Exposure to GenAI-enabled analytics or advanced analytical techniques
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
