Responsibilities
Lead design and development of complex Pega PRPC 8.x+ applications
Provide architectural guidance and effort estimations
Perform and oversee code reviews to ensure best practices
Drive integration design with enterprise systems
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve high-complexity technical issues
Collaborate across product, business, and engineering teams
Support Agile ceremonies and delivery execution
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (8.x or higher)
Strong expertise across all Pega platform modules
Proven experience in Pega solution architecture and estimation
Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Programming: Java, .NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, Message Queues
Database: Data modeling and SQL scripting
Strong understanding of enterprise application architectures
Advanced debugging and performance optimization skills
Preferred
PCSSA or higher Pega certification
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams
Ability to mentor junior developers
Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
