Qualification
Required
Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
Experience in teaching classes based on a proven curriculum and teaching method
Outstanding customer service and membership experience
Ability to oversee the full breadth of offered programs
Ability to oversee the training and evaluation of team members
Leadership experience to motivate a team and help others grow
