Responsibilities
Develop long-term strategies and project pipelines with Account Executives
Evaluate customer needs and create implementation proposals with Sales
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions
Monitor project health and adjust resource allocation as needed
Negotiate and support Statements of Work for service delivery
Drive adherence to best practices and continuously improve services
Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor s degree required
5+ years of consulting or account management experience in a Professional Services organization
5+ years in the healthcare insurance or healthcare technology sector
10+ years of consulting and project management experience
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict negotiation skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with C-Suite executives
