Responsibilities
Drive the budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating with cross-functional teams and analyzing key financial metrics
Deliver meaningful insights through variance analysis, performance reporting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and reporting tied to rebates, incentives, and capital investments
Enhance financial tools, templates, and reporting processes to streamline operations and ensure data accuracy
Partner with leadership on incentive compensation analysis, investment evaluations, and compliance with internal financial policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and month-end close processes
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
Advanced Excel and strong working knowledge of: SAP and JD Edwards (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong analytical mindset
