Qualification
Required
Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Operations
Skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Proficiency in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and supply chain technologies
Strong leadership, teamwork, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred
Prior experience managing a team or branch operation is a plus
Familiarity with the freight and logistics industry, including LTL, FTL, intermodal, and warehousing services, is preferred
