Responsibilities

Partner with up to four Product Owners to shape vision, roadmap, and backlog

Lead complex requirements discovery, refinement, and stakeholder facilitation

Translate large business problems into clear, outcome-focused requirements

Identify risks, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery trade-offs

Support roadmap planning and backlog readiness

Drive work independently and report progress clearly

Required

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in ambiguous, evolving environments

Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Strong facilitation and requirements elicitation skills

Ability to distill complexity into clarity

Comfort operating with incomplete information and changing priorities

Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience partnering closely with Product Owners in Agile environments

Strong systems thinking, process modeling, and analytical skills

Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Miro/Mural, Visio/Lucidchart, Teams/Slack

Interest in teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
