Sales Manager (Hunter) – Automotive | SAP Solutions
Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Sales Account Manager (Hunter) with strong experience in new logo acquisition in the Automotive industry, selling SAP services and solutions. This role focuses on pipeline generation, prospecting, and closing new business across EST & CST regions.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end new business development (Hunter role): prospect → qualify → pitch → close
Drive new logo acquisition across Automotive OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, dealerships, mobility players
Sell SAP consulting/services such as S/4HANA implementation, ECC upgrades, AMS, integrations, and managed services
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, events)
Work with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams to build winning proposals and solutions
Create account plans, target lists, and GTM strategy aligned with SAP + Automotive opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and close deals with leadership support
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline updates in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar)
Track competitors, industry trends, and customer pain points in Automotive + SAP landscape
Qualification
Required
5–12+ years of sales experience with a strong hunter background
Proven success in new logo sales within Automotive domain
Hands-on experience selling SAP-related services/solutions (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP SD/MM/PP, SAP BTP, AMS, etc.)
Strong ability to engage C-level / VP / Director stakeholders (IT + Business)
Excellent skills in lead generation, discovery calls, presentations, and closing
Familiar with IT services sales cycle: RFP/RFI, proposals, SOW, MSAs, rate cards
Comfortable working in EST + CST time zones and handling multiple opportunities
Preferred
Existing network or relationships in Automotive + SAP ecosystem
Experience selling SAP transformation / S/4HANA migration programs
Knowledge of Automotive processes: manufacturing, supply chain, plant operations, dealer/distribution, aftersales
Experience working with staffing + services combined selling model (IT consulting)
Exposure to SAP partner ecosystem (SAP SI, SAP channel partnerships)
