Responsibilities
Maintain alignment with stakeholder needs and overall program vision
Own program objectives and business requirements through delivery
Produce clear, high-quality documentation on time to effectively communicate objectives
Elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories with business SMEs
Develop and maintain BRDs, RTMs, requirement mappings, and test cases to ensure full test coverage
Review test results and support stakeholders through releases and implementations
Coordinate deliverables, approvals, and enhancements across release cycles
Manage requirements, changes, and defects using program tools and track status throughout the project
Identify process improvement opportunities and serve as a program SME, contributing to cross-team documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
4-5 years of IT applications experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience analyzing and synthesizing business requirements and complex information workflows, including publishing sensitive content via CMS solutions
Proven ability to collaborate with and negotiate across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional coordination skills
Expertise in information systems, business operations, and solution design/integration
Detail-oriented, process-driven, adaptable, and able to perform under tight deadlines and pressure
