Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment outcomes, including hiring partnership meetings, sourcing strategy design, candidate assessment, offer facilitation, and successful hiring closures
Support and enhance Elanco’s employer brand by delivering a positive, consistent candidate experience and maintaining a strong presence across digital platforms and recruitment channels
Lead salary discussions and offer alignment with candidates, in partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs, ensuring compliance with company policies and compensation guidelines
Act as a key liaison across internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for agencies and vendors
Ensure accurate and timely recruitment data management within Elanco’s ATS (Workday), enabling transparency, process efficiency, and informed decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3 - 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on the APAC region
Preferred
Strong understanding of the APAC market and the key industries within it
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Workday is a plus
