Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc advisory calls with executive clients
Translate financials into actionable insights and provide CFO-level guidance
Prepare month-end closes for executive, complex clients and review closes across all client stages
Mentor Advisory Specialists, ensure excellence in every deliverable
Lead QBO integrations, automation solutions, and workflow implementations
Drive efficiency through systems improvements
Qualification
Required
CPA with 5-7+ years, including management experience
Deep QuickBooks Online expertise and hands-on close preparation skills
Advisory mindset—can shift seamlessly from detailed preparation to strategic conversations
Values-driven and client-obsessed
Preferred
Startup/scaling company experience
Industry experience in crypto, real estate, startups, or small business
Fathom or similar tools
Experience working with offshore teams
