Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation scripts
Build and enhance test automation frameworks for web and API testing
Develop automated test scripts for REST and SOAP-based services
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with development teams
Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies
Maintain and improve existing automation suites for scalability and performance
Mentor and guide team members on automation best practices
Ensure high-quality deliverables through continuous testing and improvement
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
Qualification
Required
Overall 8–10+ years of experience in Software Testing
4–8 years of hands-on experience in Selenium Automation Testing
Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver framework design and maintenance
Experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks
Hands-on experience in API Automation Testing using SOAPUI / ReadyAPI
Experience in Web Services and REST Services automation
Ability to develop automation scripts for: Web applications, Web services, Mobile applications (basic exposure acceptable)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum testing methodologies
Experience in creating: Test strategies, Test plans, Test cases
Strong experience in automation script development, execution, and maintenance
Ability to build reusable methods, utilities, and libraries to scale automation suites
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive and result-oriented mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to mentor, motivate, and work effectively within a team
Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technical concepts
