Strong experience with COBOL (Batch & Online)
Hands-on experience with JCL for batch job scheduling and execution
Proficiency in DB2 (SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
Experience working with CICS transactions
Knowledge of VSAM file structures
Familiarity with z/OS utilities and tools
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with end-to-end SDLC in mainframe environments
