Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical care for patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors
Support BMT and cellular therapy patients (CAR-T, TIL, etc.)
Review, verify, and manage chemotherapy and oncology medication orders
Deliver patient education related to treatment plans and medications
Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and optimize medication therapy
Participate in oncology disease groups, guideline development, and new drug evaluations
Serve as a drug information resource for clinicians and patients
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualification
Required
PharmD (or equivalent) from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Completion of PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent clinical experience
Active California Pharmacist License
BLS certification (per pharmacy policy)
Preferred
Clinical oncology experience
Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP)
EPIC / Beacon experience
Experience with hematology, oncology, and cellular therapies
