Qualification
Required
Experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance products
Skills in Insurance Brokerage and understanding financial concepts
Strong Customer Service skills, including building and maintaining client relationships
Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Must hold or be willing to obtain applicable insurance licenses
Preferred
A background in Finance or related fields is advantageous
