Responsibilities
Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems
Performs system backups and recovery
Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Will likely will lead or direct others
Qualification
Required
BS/BA
Minimum experience 8 years
Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications
Security model expertise (permission sets, profiles, sharing rules)
Section 508 and FedRAMP compliance knowledge
Salesforce environment strategy and management
Preferred
Salesforce Government Cloud Plus experience
Marketing Cloud administration
Multi-factor authentication implementation
Salesforce Shield and data encryption
Apex sharing and complex security scenarios
Compliance monitoring and audit support
