Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional initiatives: Own strategic projects that drive growth, efficiency, and scalability — from manufacturing transitions to new channel launches and commercial partnerships
Evaluate and execute strategic partnerships: Identify opportunities with new suppliers, partners, or distributors, perform structured analysis, and lead seamless execution from contract to launch
Drive business expansion projects: Scope and operationalize new business lines, markets, or capabilities — creating frameworks, processes, and accountability along the way
Build systems for execution: Design and refine tools, workflows, and reporting structures that improve visibility, speed, and decision-making across the company
Solve complex operational challenges: Tackle cross-functional problems that touch multiple teams, balancing analytical structure with practical judgment
Bring a “no task too small” mindset: Approach every initiative — large or small — with rigor, urgency, and a focus on excellence
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in a demanding, results-driven environment such as consulting, investment banking, or a top tech company
Bachelor's degree from a top academic program
Ability to bring structured, commercial thinking to operational and strategic challenges
Full ownership of projects that materially shape how the business runs and grows
Ability to move fluidly between big-picture initiatives and the details that make them succeed
Values precision, accountability, and clarity under pressure
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high standards
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Experience in evaluating and executing strategic partnerships
Ability to drive business expansion projects
