Responsibilities

Driving sales and revenue growth by securing high-value contracts and expanding relationships with enterprise clients
Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to address market dynamics and capitalize on new opportunities
Build and lead a high-performing, diverse sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
Cultivate trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while effectively representing BSI at meetings and events
Lead GTM strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client outcomes
Set and monitor clear performance metrics to ensure the sales team meets and exceeds targets
Identify emerging market trends and implement innovative solutions to drive sustainable growth

Required

10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
Experienced in managing strategic accounts and regional sales operations
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing major accounts through consultative sales and long-term client relationships
Expertise in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and optimizing resource allocation
Exceptional leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
The ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office for data analysis and decision-making
Knowledge of North American market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes

Preferred

Bilingual in French is desirable but not essential
