Responsibilities
Account for Emerging Business Lines: Identify and drive key strategic market opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
Gather market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth transition from concept to execution
Collaborate with Product Management to align product roadmaps with market opportunities
Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition
Establish KPIs for initiatives and monitor performance against goals
Advise executive leadership on growth initiatives, providing data-driven insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
Over 10 years in strategy, product management, or general management roles
Proven success in launching and scaling new products or business lines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presentation experience
Track record in leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
Analytical and problem-solving aptitude with a data-driven approach
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality
Passionate about health, wellness, and healthcare
