Responsibilities

Drive business development success with new customers in the Partner Division
Manage day-to-day sales execution success of the BD team
Deliver high-value contracts with strategic EHR and Healthcare IT customers
Analyze new market segments for potential BD opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance go-to-market strategies
Own individual revenue and user growth goals from new contracts
Execute targeted pipeline management to boost contract success

Qualification

Required

15+ years experience in sales to EHR, Clinical HIT, and Reseller companies in healthcare
Strong knowledge of healthcare SaaS market and fundamental understanding of EHR solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals as both individual contributor and team leader
Experience in solution selling of complex software products in the healthcare sector
Expertise in managing high-performance reseller channels and B2B sales
Proficient in negotiating contracts for intricate business opportunities
Demonstrated capability in developing marketing programs that improve reseller channel revenue
