Responsibilities
Run multi-channel outreach: Manage outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive demand and book demos
Map accounts: Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations
Test and iterate: Experiment with new messaging, outreach sequences, and creative tactics to increase conversion rates
Collaborate: Partner with the growth team to analyze campaign performance and continually improve playbooks
Build for scale: Help create scripts, processes, and documentation that future GTM Associates will use as we scale the team
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of work experience (new grads welcome)
You're driven, competitive, and thrive in environments where effort and creativity directly impact results
You're hungry to learn, not afraid of rejection, and motivated by hitting ambitious goals
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
Comfort with GTM tooling (CRM, sales intelligence tools)
Experience in SDR/BDR capacity a plus
