Responsibilities
Supplier Clean-Up risk mitigation: The supplier clean-up work will be labor-intensive. Bringing in resources now to get them trained up will mitigate risk in the timeline as the team works through ~4,000 supplier updates
Resource Constraints – The team has a few key resources that may be limited in their capacity to support the work as they deal with personal issues. Adding the two CWF resources will help provide extra coverage to account for the resource constraints
Continuity for Go-Live: Once Coupa goes live, there will be a heavy lift on the intake of Paybills vendors that will now be funneling through SIM in Coupa, as well as any share vendors that were not initially integrated during implementation. This will require manual data input and reviews of supplier adds and subsequent changes
From a technical perspective, the role will be supporting activities related to vendor master data management, including Data Gathering and validation, Data cleansing and standardization, Data Governance, Data matching and deduplication
