Responsibilities
Install structured cabling systems (copper & fiber)
Read and interpret floor plans, drawings, and specifications
Terminate, label, test, and troubleshoot fiber and copper cabling
Set up and use copper and fiber testers
Perform system testing and troubleshooting
Follow all safety standards and job site policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
OSHA 10 required
Ability to pass a Background Check
Strong attendance and reliable work ethic
Prior labor experience required
(construction, cabling, warehouse, or similar)
Structured cabling experience is a plus
Good attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred
Prior construction or installation experience
Experience with structured cabling, fiber optics, or telecom systems
Experience leading or training small teams (3–5 installers/technicians)
Strong testing and troubleshooting skills
