Responsibilities

Design and oversee content tracks and session themes for CrowdStrike's flagship events
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to surface relevant topics and voices
Leverage AI to optimize content creation and event programming
Innovate content formats to enhance attendee experience
Challenge contributors to improve session quality and relevance
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive event execution
Oversee all logistics for content delivery, including speaker management and session flow

Required

12+ years of experience in event content management or conference programming, preferably in B2B, tech, or SaaS industries

Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly
Experience collaborating with C-level executives and industry influencers
Exceptional organizational and project management skills in dynamic environments
Familiarity with digital event platforms and AI-driven workflows
Willingness to travel as required for events
