This role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring financial integrity, supporting strategic business goals, and maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Overseeing all financial operations of the property or assigned entities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial reporting
Ensures financial integrity
Supports strategic business goals
Maintains compliance with company policies, brand standards, and applicable laws
Provides leadership to the accounting team
Partners closely with operations management to drive financial performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting required
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with property management, ownership, and corporate teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred
CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
Familiarity with accounting systems such as Aptech PVNG, OnQ PMS, or similar preferred
