Responsibilities
Own the tracking, maintenance, and analysis of sell-side analyst coverage, including direct engagement with analyst associates to understand estimates, ratings, research reports, and consensus trends
Develop and maintain detailed analyses of sell-side research and financial models; identify key themes and variances and prepare succinct summaries for senior management
Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders to support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials used by senior leadership in communications with investors and analysts
Play a lead role in drafting quarterly earnings call scripts, press releases, and other investor relations communications by synthesizing financial, operational, and strategic information
Prepare and refine management talking points and briefing materials for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and investor presentations
Evaluate the Company’s investor communications, ESG disclosures, community engagement, and governmental relations against peer benchmarks and evolving best practices; provide recommendations to support continuous improvement
Support the planning and coordination of the Annual Shareholder Meeting and assist in the preparation of related materials and disclosures
Maintain and enhance the corporate and investor relations website to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with public disclosure requirements
Monitor competitor performance and broader market and sector trends; compile and distribute actionable insights to senior leadership and key internal stakeholders
Support corporate social media strategy and execution for investor- and corporate-related channels, including content development
Mentor junior team members, as applicable, and support broader Investor Relations initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, investment banking, or a related field
Strong financial analysis and modeling review skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to senior audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting executive-level messaging
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a public company environment with frequent external engagement
Preferred
MBA, CFA, CPA, or demonstrated knowledge of U.S. GAAP strongly preferred
