Regional Sales Director, Enterprise - Heartlands
Zscaler is a pioneer and global leader in zero trust security, seeking a Regional Sales Director to join their Sales and Go-to-Market team. This role involves recruiting and developing sales talent, understanding customer pain points, and driving opportunities to closure for cloud security solutions.

Responsibilities
Recruit, hire and develop world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets
Understand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition
Be the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly
Act as the executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure
Qualification
Required
6+ years of full-cycle sales leadership experience within the software or security industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Progressive selling experience engaging with enterprise accounts and selling at the C-Level
Residency in or willingness to commute within MN and WI
Preferred
Established relationships with current and prospective customers and a deep understanding of how technology facilitates high-level business goals
Proficiency in strategic sales planning with a proven track record of closing net new logos
Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets while leveraging channel partnerships
