Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of operations, including client management, staffing, scheduling, and caregiver relations
Manage the financial performance of both offices, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and growth
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional service and care
Cultivate and maintain referral relationships with community partners to expand the client base
Conduct client assessments and consultations, converting prospects into satisfied clients
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, re-assessments, and problem resolution
Develop and implement strategies for client retention and continuous service improvement
Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members
Provide after-hours support to clients and partners as needed (including evenings and weekends)
Collaborate with billing and administrative staff to maintain accurate records and resolve outstanding balances
Contribute to strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and the identification of new growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5–7 years of leadership experience in healthcare, elder care, or a related service industry
Strong understanding of budget management and financial analysis
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating diverse teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel between the Santa Rosa and Napa offices (approx. 25%)
Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining attention to detail
