Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs
Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and IT teams to gather requirements and build customized integrations aligned with business needs
Support and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with security standards
Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support guides
Advise on best practices for Workday integration architecture and roadmap planning
Qualification
Required
Graduate of bachelor's degree, preferably IT related courses
Location Detroit
Associate should be onsite from day 1- 5 days a week onsite from Client location
Minimum of 5 years of Workday Integration Experience
3 to 5 years of Recruitment module experience
Proven experience with Workday Studio and backend integration development
Strong domain knowledge in Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Core HR processes
Experience with HR data models, security configurations, and business processes
Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, XML/XSLT, and middleware
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Workday certifications (e.g., Studio, Integrations, Extend) are a plus
