Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for warehouse-related categories
Lead RFQs/RFPs and supplier evaluations to secure competitive pricing
Manage key supplier relationships focusing on regulatory compliance and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational needs
Support new warehouse builds and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Track KPIs on cost, supplier performance, and compliance across operations
Standardize procurement processes and leverage analytics for strategic sourcing

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Sourcing/Procurement
Expertise in sourcing warehouse and facility-related categories in multi-site operations
Strong knowledge of chemical warehousing requirements and hazardous materials handling
Demonstrated experience in negotiation and maintaining supplier relationships
Experience in CAPEX procurement for warehouse infrastructure or automation

Preferred

MBA
Professional certification (CPSM, CPM, CSCP)
