Responsibilities
Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions in compliance with ASC 740
Manage global income tax reporting and valuations, including deferred assets and liabilities
Support income tax strategy documentation and regulatory research
Oversee forecasting of effective tax rates and collaborate with FP A
Ensure accurate preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive tax experience in ASC 740 and international tax compliance
Background in public accounting (preferred Big 4) or corporate tax in a multinational company
Expertise in R D tax credits and compliance regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams effectively
Preferred
CPA or MST preferred
