Talent Acquisition Specialist
ICON Consultants, LP is a company focused on healthcare, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a pipeline of passive candidates. Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of role requirements, team culture, and the ideal candidate profile
Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, professional networks, social media, and technical forums
Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through personalized, compelling outreach that reflects our employer brand
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs
Provide market intelligence and sourcing insights to hiring teams on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscapes
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Track and report on key sourcing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive process improvement
Represent our company at select career fairs and networking events to enhance our recruitment brand
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related human resources function
