Responsibilities
Stay informed of any exposure issues that arise with franchisees, bringing (as appropriate) issues to the attention of the Franchise Leadership Team
Demonstrated proficiency in profit and loss statements to provide guidance and counsel to maximize Franchise Operator’s investment
Ensure instruction of sales techniques and key sales building programs (Merchandising, Promotions and Resets)
Assist Franchise Operators in understanding and maintaining proper inventory levels sufficient to satisfy customer demand and business growth including the omni channel business environment
Facilitate and assist quality communications between all Franchise support departments and individuals within GNC and the Franchise Operator
Provide individualized market pricing advice that reflects corporate pricing philosophy while maintaining a competitive advantage within the market
Encourage Franchise Operator utilization and promotion of the GNC brand through GNC’s proven operating systems
Ensure a quality start-up and opening assistance for new stores through training of new Franchise Operators Facilitate transfer of possession, remodels, relocations and conversations
Ensure Franchise Operator compliance with Franchise documents, program requirements and GNC standards by utilizing dispute resolution methods that include listening, understanding, and responding to Franchise Operators with the primary emphasis on resolving differences

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
8+ years progressive multi-unit retail business operations or franchise operations experience required
5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
Prior managerial/supervisory experience
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail
Must have current driver's license
