Help Desk Technician – Level 1
Vernovis is a Total Talent Solutions company specializing in Technology, Cybersecurity, Finance & Accounting functions. They are looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide IT support, serving as the first point of contact for end users and troubleshooting various IT issues.
Responsibilities
Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
Serve as first point of contact for end users seeking IT assistance over phone or through email
Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting to determine problem
Provide solutions based on internal best practices
Direct unresolved issues to next support tier
Provide customers with feedback on status of issues in a timely manner
Cell phone and mobile device administration
Qualification
Required
Technical knowledge in IT support
Effective communication skills to understand problems and explain solutions
Experience with Microsoft O365 / Windows 10
Experience with Active Directory
PC software / hardware troubleshooting and support
PC imaging and deployment
Mobile device management – ordering, configuring, troubleshooting
High school diploma or equivalent
