Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for end users seeking IT assistance over phone or through email ticketing system
Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting to determine problem
Provide solutions based on internal best practices
Direct unresolved issues to next support tier
Provide customers with feedback on status of issues in a timely manner
Cell phone and mobile device administration
Qualification
Required
Microsoft O365 / Windows 10
Active directory
PC software / hardware troubleshooting and support
PC imaging and Deployment
Mobile device management – ordering, configuring, troubleshooting
High school diploma or equivalent
