This role is a key part of the Finance team — overseeing core accounting operations, driving month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to strategic process improvements as we scale.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate processing
Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Partner cross-functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline accounting operations
Support optimization of NetSuite
Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and financial analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including GL and close responsibilities
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite
Excellent understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment — adaptable, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
