Responsibilities
Develop or apply mathematical or statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information
Conduct statistical activities to ensure timeliness and quality of analysis data and statistical outputs
Forecast statistical deliverables and represent the statistics function in support of directed studies
Provide statistical input for the development of plans, projections, and support contract deliverables
Provide accurate, statistically valid deliverables based on study protocols, statistical analysis plans for study reports, or regulatory submission documents
Qualification
Required

Expert level skills in MS Excel and Power BI—emphasis on analysis and display of data from General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
Work with the following programs and software in performance of this contract: COGNOS PowerPlay and Planner, Department of the Army (DA) Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) Budget and Accounting systems to include: Program Budget Accounting System (PBAS), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Resource Manager (RM) Online, Data Warehouse E-Tracker, Full-Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS), Resource Builder (RBuilder), Director's Personnel Readiness Overview (DPRO) to include Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS), Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A), Reserve Component Management System (RCMS), Selected Reserve (SELRES), Enterprise Task Management Systems (ETMS2)
Ability to travel within the Continental United States
Minimum of five years of relevant experience
Possess a thorough knowledge of the Army Organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army
An understanding of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) System as conducted within the Army
Financial analysis background beneficial
MA/MS degree in a relevant field
May specialize in fields such as economic statistics or mathematics
Preferred
Possess a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries—SECRET security clearance preferred
