Responsibilities
Manage and litigate cases independently from inception through resolution
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and motion practice
Advise clients on litigation risks, legal strategies, and business-focused solutions
Handle commercial lease disputes, business litigation, and website-related consumer claims
Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver efficient, results-driven legal services
Bill efficiently and accurately in alignment with client expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in business litigation, commercial real estate litigation, related civil litigation like employment discrimination
Active California Bar License (required)
Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and confidence
Passion for practicing law and helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes
Preferred
Experience in commercial real estate disputes and business litigation preferred
Familiarity with emerging claims related to e-commerce and business websites is a plus
Deposition and trial experience is beneficial; willingness to develop advocacy skills through training programs is encouraged
