Responsibilities

Maintain and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
Process invoices, payments, credit memos, and customer statements accurately and efficiently
Research, analyze, and resolve discrepancies related to billing, payments, and vendor accounts
Send invoice reminders and follow up on outstanding receivables
Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure data integrity
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reconciliations
Maintain vendor and customer records and support onboarding activities
Assist with audits, financial reviews, and compliance-related requests
Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
Working knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred)
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
