Responsibilities
Own and manage indirect sourcing categories across 30+ manufacturing facilities in the USA and Canada (e.g., MRO, PPE, facilities, IT, travel, packaging)
Develop and implement category strategies to leverage spend, reduce cost, mitigate risk, and increase business value
Drive procurement digitization, data analytics, and purchase-to-pay compliance initiatives
Prepare and manage indirect budgets, ensuring savings delivery aligned to forecast and P&L
Lead supplier selection, pricing control, and exception-based PO and supplier approvals
Collaborate cross-functionally on multi-site and global sourcing initiatives
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in indirect sourcing/procurement within large manufacturing environments
Proven track record of cost savings, budget ownership, and change management
Strong category management and strategic sourcing expertise, including process and system design
Solid understanding of manufacturing, financial principles, and supply chain operations
Advanced analytical and systems skills (ERP/MRP, Excel, Power BI; AS/400 a plus)
Effective communicator across shop-floor to executive level
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Preferred
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and AI/technology transformation experience
