Responsibilities
Lead and manage partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements, including partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A-related tax matters
Prepare, review, and provide guidance on Sub-chapter K partnership taxation, partnership returns, joint venture, and non-corporate entity tax returns
Provide technical expertise in US GAAP and complex tax accounting issues
Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service and communication
Mentor, train, and coach junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
Contribute to business development efforts, including client proposals and engagement planning
Manage multiple projects and competing priorities efficiently
Qualification
Required
CPA certification required
Minimum 10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience, ideally in public accounting
Strong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills
Exceptional written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
Must be from a top 10 accounting firm
Preferred
Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A is preferred
Prior experience in business development initiatives
Minimal job-hopping history preferred
