Responsibilities
Provide quality assurance checks on vendor work and collaborate with business units to fulfill auditor requests
Serve as a subject matter expert on SEC rule 17A-13 and manage operational risk projects
Develop partnerships with stakeholders to address audit-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance
Analyze and prepare metrics for senior management to provide transparency on team volumes
Manage communications with internal and external clients to ensure timely responses
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Recent Graduate
1 to 2 years of financial services experience (internships count)
Proven knowledge of one or more product areas within Operations
Ability to perform technical responsibilities with high competence
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Aptitude for thorough and timely research, analysis, and resolution
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and juggle assignments
