Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Initiatives – Identify and execute growth and improvement opportunities across the business
Support M&A and Partnerships – Lead M&A thesis development, assess the competitive landscape, direct due diligence and integration planning with support from leadership and cross-functional teams
Create Executive-Level Communications – Shape corporate messaging; enable organizational alignment for key initiatives through high-impact presentations for senior leadership and board audiences

Required

5+ years in management consulting (top-tier firm preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy experience, plus additional relevant industry experience
MBA required
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity, prioritizing what drives value
Self-starter able to drive enterprise-wide change while operating with a high degree of autonomy and moving seamlessly between big-picture strategy and detailed execution
Proficiency in complex financial modeling and market analysis, ensuring decision-quality insights (advanced Excel skills required)
Clear, concise, and impactful verbal and written communication

Preferred

M&A lifecycle exposure is preferred (due diligence, integration)
Industrial goods or energy sector knowledge is strongly preferred
